I have used the image by Ikes Art called  Boo dog

My trustee promarkers

I used a design from Ellas Designs year in cards CD to decoupage the base layer up then fussy cut Boo dog

I added a black bow to fit the theme

 

I was also able to play with my new light box delivered this week to be able to get perfect lighting for my cards as the box has 2 LED strip lights inside, no more shady cards or needing good weather outside to take photos

Wow these weeks are flying past, doesn't seem 2 minutes since I was loading the last post

This week’s theme is Anything Goes with the option of Birthday

Here is my card for the challenge

 

She nearly didn't get put together as I coloured the image then die cut her & started to make the card, when i'd finished the card she was nowhere to be seen

I hunted for hours knowing she would be somewhere stupid then carried on die cutting some more bits hoping she would turn up, I just happened to look at the back of my cut n boss to see her poking out of the gubbins inside

Armed with tweezers I prized her out to find her all crumpled but luckily only the back was dirty, so out with my iron to flatten her, she only ended up with 2 creases which I couldn't get out so i've put the watermark over 1 & the other is hidden in her belly so don't look to closely

It's that time around again although this time I am in scorching hot France on my hollibobs
It's also my sons 19th birthday today although he can't celebrate with us this year as he is house & cat sitting (his choice not to come) - mind you he has already asked about getting a flight over to join us for our 2nd week

Oh my days where are these weeks flying to ?

This time next week I will be waking in Poole ready to go to Monkey World for the day before catching the ferry to France in the morning with the caravan
Soooo looking forward to a holiday as really drained getting up at 5 each morning to try to kick my son out of his pit to get to work, mind you he is staying at home as he also booked time off work as he was supposedly going with us or coming out a bit later, so will probably get home to find the house trashed with all of his mates coming over & having parties !!!!

Will be packing my promarkers & some images to take with me for when it's just too hot to be outside & I can sit & relax

 A few scrapbook papers from my stash as I am desperately trying to get them used up - I opened a cupboard in my craft room last week & found I had hidden about 30 paper pads which I had forgotten about as well as all my loose papers (whoops)

Now I am even more determined to reduce my hoard as I have so many wooden stamps just sitting in stacked up veg trays unused & too many clear stamps it's taking over - my husband has threatened to get a skip in when I pop my clogs so I have decided to destash anything I really no longer need so I can spend the money wisely on more crafts before I go (plus they really have no idea of the true value of crafting goodies)
